C: About sample
We can supply you with samples of different styles. But you have to pay for them .You also need to pay for courier service if you need samples to be sent to your city. If you have courier service in your country , such as UPS, DHL. You can give your No to us . then We can have their China office deliver the samples for you.
 

B: Order

1: Minimum order : For the same series , It allows to be mixed into 1x20FCL. But we can not mix other series into one container if it is not sample .
2: Lead time: we normally can deliver goods within 15-20 days for all products, but it depends on the season. It needs more time if it is hot season for sales.
Our salesmen will tell you when you confirm the order with them!

A: About Payment
In our policy, we can only accept payment by T/T or L/C.For T/T , You’re expected to pay 30% -50% deposit according to different products before producing and to pay the balance when the container leave China port. if we can not getthe balance7 days before the arrival of our containers at your port. we will sell the container to our other customer immediately and meanwhile not pay the deposit back. The above is practised based on the use of our own shipping company.But for L/C,we will use our shipping company. Just because if the shipping agent from Customer delays to give us B/L, we will not be able to send B/L to bank on time.

If you have shipping agent in China. You’re expected to pay the balance before these products leaves the factory.
It takes about 4 days from your country to our bank normally. –not including holiday, Saturday and Sunday.
P.S. We have to get confirmation from our bank that your payment is in our account,that’s to say,we do not release the containers or send you the original paperwork based on your bank confirmation. We usually release the containers without delay upon our bank’s confirmation.

1. About the sample How could I get a sample?
(a)the sample quantity under 5pcs for each item.

(b)the sample process against the product cost ,freight , and necessary sample operation fees at usd80 for one sample project

(c)the operation fees cover all the cost of documents work(export paper),but you are promised that we will refund you the sample operation fees (usd80) when you give us container order....
